Recently Sanjiwani staff, Government Health staff, and community carers attended a 2-day training session. The training covered existing processes to assist pregnant women to be aware of health services available to them throughout their pregnancy. On becoming pregnant a woman could register at her Health Post or District Office and have her pregnancy monitored by Health staff throughout her pregnancy or be directed to specialist care whenever necessary.
